Changes
- Set all facets to Felucca ruleset (Removed Trammel from moongates)
- Disable "Young" players
- Increased spawn rates for creatures/monsters
- Disabled 105 power scrolls (Always drop as pinks)
- All champ spawns drop scrolls
- Paragons hue changed to ethereal
- No longer need Dreadhorn quest to enter twisted weald
